11/19/17 - This week in the LISFL saw big wins by PDB Irish Rovers, New York Polet, Olympiacos New York, Guyana Jaguars Juniors, Baisley United, and Oyster Bay Park who all advanced to the League Cup Finals in the various divisions.

McKim Cup - Premier

PDB Irish Rovers advanced to the final by defeating Real New York FC 5-1. Victor Montano scored twice with Akeeba Marshall, Karl-Germain Cesar, and Azmain Ishrak each getting a goal for Rovers in the win. Savian Maxwell was the Real New York FC goalscorer.

Port Jefferson SC came away from Glen Cove Avellino with a 5-3 win to advance to a semi-final match-up with New York Serbia. Mosiah Whyte and Angel Velez each had two goals for Port Jefferson and Mackie Magoulas added the fifth goal. Daniel Massey, James Timmons, and Pablo Casado each scored a goal for Glen Cove.

D1 Hertwig Cup

New York Polet defeated Glen Cove Avellino 2-1 to advance to the final. Rubens Goncalves and Robert Filipovic each scored a goal for Polet in the win.

D2 Themann Cup

New York West Indies United defeated Hicksville American SC 4-2 to advance to a semi-final match-up with Floral Park. Roody Derineau scored twice with Fernander Demas and Pierre Garfil each adding a goal. Favio Garay and Jose Gomez each scored a goal for Hicksville.

Olympiacos New York won by forfeit over New York Ittihad FC to advance to the final.

D3 Edwards Cup

Pro-Touch Eagles United came won 3-2 after a back and forth game with Asteras GCC to advance to the semi-finals where they'll face Leros. Kevin Ortiz, Cristhian Banegas, and Rigoberto Bonilla each scored a goal for Pro-Touch. Andi Loloci and Christopher Petsalis were the Asteras goalscorers.

Guyana Jaguars Juniors won by forfeit over Atletico Union to advance to the final.

O-30 Reitschlin Cup

Integral Kings won 4-2 on penalty kicks after a 1-1 draw with Port Jefferson SC. Saidy Fedee scored for Integral and Stanley LaRoche scored for Port Jefferson during regulation time. Integral will face Istria in the semi-final.

Baisley United advanced to this year's final by defeating Glen Cove 3-2 in a rematch of last year's final that Baisley won. Ryan Reid, Jeff Hinds, and Gary Brooks were the goalscorers for Baisley. Allan Maragh scored twice for Glen Cove.

O-40 Gillen Cup

Claudio Villaroel scored a hat trick for Oyster Bay Park in their 3-1 win over Baisley United to advance to the final. Athol Shearer was the goalscorer for Baisley.

O-50 DeLuca Cup

Baisley United defeated Polonia 2-0 to advance to the final where they face the winner of New York Hota Bavarians vs Massapequa.

Division 1

Port Jefferson Fusion won the Port Jefferson derby 4-2. Louis Fede scored twice with Alexander Tsirikonis and Keith Orlando each adding a goal. Matt Munoz and Ryan Zebuth were the Port Jefferson SC goalscorers.

Division 2

College Point Flames defeated South Jamaica Portuguese 4-0 on two goals by Joe Meagher and a goal each by Tom Hunt and Chris Gorzynski. With the win, the Flames move to the top of the standings, although New York West Indies United are three points behind with two games in hand.

Division 3

Leros defeated Atletico Union 12-3 to remain top of the division. Julian Escobar and Andreas Breuer each scored four goals, Juan Peralta had a hat-trick, and Vincent Companion added a goal for Leros in the win. Theo Pina, Fernando Filizzola, and Brandon Ronald each scored a goal for Atletico.

Over-30 Division

Garden City Centennials and Long Island Gaels VSP played to a 1-1 draw. Samuel Ortega scored for Garden City and Eric Quinn scored for the Gaels.
