Pro-Touch Eagles United after another win in their debut season in the LISFL

10/1/17 - This week in the LISFL saw several teams consolidate their leads at the top of their respective divisions as the Week 4 games took place. Pro-Touch Eagles played and won their first two games in the league as they begin their start in Division 3.

Premier Division

All roads continue to go through Port Jefferson SC who made another statement with a 3-0 win over Glen Cove Avellino. Mosiah Whyte scored twice to give him a division leading six goals on the season. Junior Rosero also scored his third goal of the season. Port Jefferson are undefeated in the Premier Division with four wins and twelve points so far.

PDB Irish Rovers recovered from a two game slide to win 5-2 over Port Jefferson Fusion. Will Mileski scored twice, while Chris Joseph, Karl-Germain Cesar, and Mustaffa Alobeidy each scored for Rovers. Matt Montanez and Brian Miller were the goalscorers for the Fusion.

Forest Park and New York Serbia battled to a 2-2 draw. Adan Velasquez and Anthony Marra scored for Forest Park. Boban Velcanovic and Bryan Suertegaray were the Serbia scorers.

Kosmos United CY came away with a 4-1 win over New York Polet. Led by Andreas Touros, Kosmos are also undefeated with three wins and nine points. The reborn Peter Touros scored one goal, his brother Nikolas Touros also scored, while John Lambadarios and Rashid Allah Morad added goals for Kosmos. Andrew Heuer scored the lone goal for Polet.

Division 1

Port Jefferson SC continued their winning ways on Sunday with a 3-1 win over Glen Cove Avellino. Zanetti Alberick scored twice and Juan Pallares added a goal for Port Jefferson. Austin Musselwhite was the Glen Cove scorer.

Port Jefferson Fusion defeated PDB Rovers 3-0 on goals by Rocco Famiglietti, Jerremy Jean, and Louis Fede. Despite having club stalwart Willie Dempsey in goal, Rovers couldn't keep the Fusion from scoring.

Forest Park picked up a big 6-1 win over New York Serbia. Delwin Hernandez had a hat trick, while Julio Espinal scored twice and Jhecsson Garcia added a goal. Velibor Novakovic scored the lone goal for Serbia.

Kosmos United CY defeated New York Polet 4-2. Jonathan Cano scored twice, while Xavier Contreras and Matthew Laya-Vetell each added a goal for Kosmos. Adam Bolnick and Ivan Vulin scored for Polet.

Division 2

New York West Indies United continued their undefeated start with a 2-0 win over New York Ittihad FC on goals by former Haitian youth national Fernander Demas and Robbins Vennett.

Hicksville American SC came up short in a 2-1 loss to Floral Park. Omar Zambrano scored for Hicksville, while Juan Perez and Kevin Powers each scored for Floral Park.

A Diego Abarca hat trick gave Oyster Bay Park a 3-0 win over South Jamaica Portuguese. Abarca now has five goals on the season for Oyster Bay.

Dwight Barriga scored the winner for College Point Flames who defeated Oceanside United to remain undefeated with four wins in four games.

Division 3

Pro-Touch Eagles United won a midweek game 5-3 over Asteras GCC. Jonathan Guardado and Kevin Ortiz each scored twice, while Marvin Contreras added a goal for Pro-Touch. Christopher Petsalis scored twice and George Badouros added a goal for Asteras GCC.

NYCD Boldest Soccer FC and Leros battled to a 3-3 draw. Steven Bailey, Clester Bailey, and Santiago Hernandez each scored a goal for the Boldest. Julian Escobar, Dorie James, and Alan Acevedo each scored for Leros. Julian Escobar's goal gave him eight on the season, while Steven Bailey now has six goals for the Boldest.

A Danny Teixeira hat trick gave Farmingville Portuguese a 3-0 win over New York Finest.

Asteras GCC finished a wild game with a 4-3 win over SS Cosma Damiano. Andi Loloci, Panagiotis Angelis, Christofer Petsalnis, and Dimitrios Zervas each scored a goal for Asteras GCC in the win.

Pro-Touch Eagles United continued their successful debut week with a 7-1 win over fellow new club Athletico Union. Jonathan Guardado scored a hat trick, while Alexis Martinez, Ever Turcios, Nelson Argueta, and Giancarlo Medina each scored a goal for Pro-Touch. Daniel Zalazar scored the lone goal for Athletico Union.

Over 30

Integral Kings won a midweek game 6-1 over Garden City Centennials. Ricardo Burke, Marcus Julien, and Andre Barnaby each scored twice for Integral, while Rawle Scope scored for Garden City.

Glen Cove rebounded from the earlier games to win 3-2 over Port Jefferson. Damion James, Dwight Jones, and Sam Minaya each scored for Glen Cove. Stanley LaRoche and Chris Bernic were the Port Jefferson goalscorers.

Integral Kings picked up their second win of the week over Istria by a score of 3-1. Marlon Clarke, Ricardo Burke, and Jason Noble scored for Integral, while Silvio Zucchelli scored for Istria.

Grzegorz Panek led the way with two goals as Polonez defeated Lindenhurst 5-1. Paul Majewski, Jerzy Jankowicz, and Lukasz Lupinski also scored for Polonez, while Tom Paladino added the lone goal for Lindenhurst.

Garden City Centennials continued their tough week with a 5-0 loss to Baisley United. Ryan Reid scored twice, while Donovan Dawkins, Patrick James, and Chris Radjpaul each added a goal for Baisley.

Over 40

Cheiek Tidiani scored a hat trick to give him six goals on the season as New York Hota Bavarians won 4-1 over Oyster Bay Park. Pedro Meija added another goal for Hota, while Roberto Maldonado scored for Oyster Bay.

Baisley United continued their successful day with a 5-0 win over Olympiacos New York. Mark Forbes, Ronald Thomas, Marvin Ebanks, Corey Morrison, and Athol Shearer each scored for Baisley.

Lindenhurst came away from Baldwin with their own 5-0 win on two goals each by Pedro Fragosa and Jay Renick along with a goal by Anthony Fassino.

Over 50

Baisley United completed their successful day with a 2-0 win over Olympiacos New York on goals by Lennox Townsend and Richard Walcott.

Gus Leon and Wiesiek Halon each scored twice in Polonia's 7-0 win over Oyster Bay Park. Jarek Mieleszko, Darek Zielonka, and Andrzek Sannik each scored for Polonia.

New York Hota Bavarians and Massapequa SC battled in a back and forth game that Hota ultimately won 5-4. Bryan Warde scored twice for Hota, while Raymond Campbell, Uri Bach, and Clifton Khan also scored. Raphael Ramirez scored hat trick, while Michael Gozley added a goal for Massapequa.

Oceanside United and New York Polet / Rudar battled to a 2-2 draw. Peter Hallinan and Hector Prieto each scored for Oceanside. Robert Bogdanovic and Tomislav Kadic were the Polet / Rudar goalscorers.
